- Mr. Gbenga Fayemiwo is a Journalist whose career began with the Concord Press of Nigeria as the Chief Correspondent in Osogbo, Osun State. He read B.Sc (Social Sciences) Sociology and Anthropology and graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife in 1991 with honours. He has covered many beats including the Ife/Modakeke crisis. He was the Assistant Editor of THE COUNTRY newspaper before going to establish Maritime Summit Daily, the first event-reporting maritime newspaper in Nigeria. His newspapers has covered many editions of the Annual Conference of the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service since 2003 till date.
